Na všetky vyšetrenia vstupné aj kontrolné je potrebné sa objednať prostredníctvom mailu: imunoalergoke@gmail.com alebo telefonicky 055/ 6710 537
Čo potrebujete na vstupné vyšetrenie
– kartičku poistenca
– odporúčací lístok, pokial ho nemáte sme povinní dať celé vyšetrenie k plnej úhrade
– nálezy od iných špecialistov
– rezerovať si dostatočný čas na vyšetrenie ( cca 1 hodinu )
– nie je potrebné prísť nalačno
– je vhodné vynechať antialergickú liečbu na 48 hodín., pokiaľ pacient užíva inhalačnú liečbu nemusí ju vynechať
Kontrolné vyšetrenie – nepotrebujete žiadnu špeciálnu prípravu.
Pokial indikujeme špeciálne vyšetrenia ( napr. SIBO) pacientovi dáme k dispozícii písomne nutné obmedzenia a eliminačnú dietu
Our team
MUDr. Daniela Šafčáková
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Prague in Košice. Until 1995, I worked at the Children's Clinic of the University of Prague in Košice. During my clinical work, I completed a certification in pediatrics and then in 1996 a certification in clinical immunology and allergology. Since 2009, I and my colleagues have been part of international teams dedicated to researching treatments in the field of asthma in children and adults, allergic rhinitis and AIT, biological treatment of chronic urticaria and atopic dermatitis in children and adults. I hold international GCP and IATA certificates.
MUDr. Dominik Šafčák, PhD, MPH
He is an external consultant and subinvestigator for foreign projects.
He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Prague in Košice. Since graduating from the Faculty of Medicine, he has been working in clinical oncology. He holds the ESMO exam and international GCP and IATA certificates.
Bc. Alena Larmour
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Nursing, UPJŠ in Košice. Until 2007, she worked as a nurse at the FNsP Košice. In the following years, until 2015, she worked at Ascot Nursing Home UK as a Clinical leader.
After returning to Slovakia, she works in immunoallergology in the outpatient sector. She is part of our team and in international
and holds a GCP certificate.
